The rooms at Hotel California Zhangjiajie are really cozy and comfortable. The bedding is top-notch and the air conditioning works perfectly. I loved the pillow menus, it made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. I was pleasantly surprised to find a flat-screen TV with streaming service in my room. It kept me entertained during my downtime. The electric kettle and water purifier machine were also convenient additions. The twin room I stayed in had amazing mountain views. I enjoyed waking up to such a beautiful sight every morning. The soundproof walls were a bonus as they made my stay even more peaceful. The private bathroom had a great shower and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. I also appreciate the free toiletries offered. I found it really convenient to have a kettle in the room. I could make myself a cup of tea or coffee whenever I wanted. The room also came with complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea makers, which was a nice gesture from the hotel.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the washing machine in the twin room. I think it took up unnecessary space and I didn't have any need for it.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was nicely furnished and brand-new, and the team was amazingly nice with their arrangements.

I always choose this place for my stay. No regrets. The staff helped with late check-in. It suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, off-site car park, luggage storage, flat-screen TV, lift. Great for a city trip.

The location was perfect, close to the train station and surrounded by plenty of options for dining and shopping. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, providing helpful recommendations for sightseeing and even writing down phrases to communicate with non-English speakers.

This quaint hotel in Yong Ding district is conveniently situated just a short walk from the cable car station and bus station. the rooms are tidy and well-designed, providing a comfortable stay. the hotel's proximity to the Tianmen mountains offers a stunning backdrop. Additionally, the on-site restaurant serves delicious food and offers an English menu for convenience.

I loved everything about this hotel! The manager was extremely nice and helpful. She mapped out a perfect route for us to explore Tianmen Mountain. The convenience of having a drinking water dispenser in the room saved us from constantly buying new water bottles. The location was great, with many restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Our stay was amazing and I wished we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient as it was close to the bus and train stations, cable car and restaurants. Additionally, the staff was amazing and provided great service to us from their English communication skills, their help with tours and transportation, and the warm smiles from the receptionist. The room was beautifully furnished, comfortable, and included great amenities such as a washing machine. we had a wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations.
